Solid flange

Commodity details
Aluminum forging is one of the two major components of forging (forging and stamping) by using a forging machine to apply pressure to an aluminum blank to plastically deform it to obtain a forging with certain mechanical properties, a certain shape and size. Through forging can eliminate defects such as as-cast looseness caused by aluminum in the smelting process, optimize the microstructure, and at the same time, the mechanical properties of the forgings are generally superior to those of the same materials due to the preservation of the complete metal flow lines. Casting generally uses vertical or horizontal water-cooled semi-continuous casting. In order to improve the microstructure and surface quality of the vertical casting, an electromagnetic crystallization tank, a short crystallization tank and a hot top casting method (see solidification of the metal) have also been developed.
